Project Process

 

Stage 01

The Design Proposal

The first step to building your new dream home or renovation is creating a design that achieves the desired outcome of your build. Robson Rebuild caters for all design through to construction needs. We work closely with local draftsman and Architects that can facilitate ideas for your house and provide detailed drawings to turn them into a reality. 

Stage 02

Project Documentation & Construction Approval


Development Application (DA) / Complying Development (CDC)

Actions required:
1. Section 149 Certificate from Council
2. Site Survey
3. Drawings
4. DA or CDC process
5. Approval (Pending Council or CDC). Can vary from 4 to 12 weeks
6. Engagement of required consultants. (Engineer, Hydraulic, BASIX)
7. Construction Certificate (CC). 2 to 4 weeks from approval.
*Please note that the above times are subject to specific Council requirements and may be subject to change.

Stage 03

The Building Stage

 

  • Demolition

  • Dig Footings

  • Pour Slabs / Sub-Floor Construction

  • Frame

  • Cladding and Windows (Brickwork or cladding)

  • Interior Fit out

  • Flooring

  • PC Items and Installation (Kitchen, Bathroom, etc.)

  • Project Handover


Stage 04

Final Handover and Occupation Certificate
